Family Addiction Support Team Partners
Weymouth Fire Department
WFD is FAST’s coordinating partner. Since 2013, its first responders have used Narcan to reverse the life threatening effects of overdoses. WFD provides literature on overdose education during first responder missions and works closely with FAST partners to educate the Weymouth community.
Manet Community Health Center
MCHC is a not-for-profit, federally qualified health center. Its many physicians and medical professionals offer critical health and social services to persons with substance use disorders. These include free Narcan distribution, free benefits counseling, and free testing for HIV, STIs, & Hepatitis C.
South Bay Mental Health Center
South Bay Mental Health is a community based behavioral health center that offers a continuum of services to children, adults and families. Its licensed clinicians offer services “at our place or yours” based on each person’s needs. Services include early intervention, relapse prevention, and substance use counseling either one-on-one or in groups.
New England’s most comprehensive provider of alcohol and drug abuse treatment, AdCare Hospital offers inpatient detoxification and rehabilitation treatment in Worcester, Massachusetts; outpatient services in Quincy and other convenient locations Massachusetts and Rhode Island; as well as inpatient detoxification and residential treatment in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.
Spectrum Health Systems
Founded in 1969, Spectrum Health Systems has grown to become New England’s leading addiction treatment provider. With multiple locations throughout Massachusetts, Spectrum’s comprehensive continuum of care includes inpatient detoxification, long and short-term residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient counseling, medication-assisted treatment, peer recovery support and drug-free housing.
The Gavin Foundation is a community-based nonprofit agency providing drug and alcohol addiction treatment, education and support programs. We offer inpatient detoxification and rehabilitation treatment in Quincy, and outpatient services in Quincy and South Boston. We offer residential treatment for adults in Charlestown, and for adults and teens in South Boston.
